1-01-2012 : The Advanced mods are done on the Oppo 95 and they are amazing. We have never heard so much musical information coming off our discs.
We are now doing a mod to the Sony BDP-S470-S770/480-780 Blue Ray players. Inexpensive mod.....incredible sound!
We are now doing mods again on the Behringer DCX 24/96 and DEQ 24/96. We have raised the prices a little as we were not making enough on these very hard to do mods. We now have a super new input stage for the A to D converter. We will be including modded Behringers in our upcoming speakers......speakers? Yes, we will have a line of open baffle speakers that should set the bar for performance at their price points. And one speaker that may set the absolute bar. Please go here for info.
We will also upgrade any older EVS modified Oppo 83/83SEs to the latest mods, if desired, and also we will continue to service all our gear.
On my electonics tweak page I have added a quick and crude schematic of the zero feedback output stage I used in the older Oppo players (works on ESS DACS and other voltage out DAC chips (Wolfson, Cirrus Logic, some Burr-Browns). I will make a nice schematic and have more info shortly.
