- Our Ultimate Attenuators and the Millennium
DAC are warranted for 3 years parts and labor (transferable).
You are only responsible for the shipping costs to us for warrantee
repair. Our modified SACD/DVD-A/Universal players may or may
not have warranties depending on model and cost (to be determined).
Other products have the manufacturers warrantee. Please call
for details.
- For US and Canadian orders: All products (not mods) are sold with a 30 day unconditional
money back guarantee (except certain custom services). We accept
Paypal,Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders and Personal Checks (we
do not ship until personal check clears/3 weeks). We do not accept
AMEX. Please give us a street address when ordering as UPS cannot
deliver to a PO box. Delivery of ordered products is usually
1-4 weeks. Please call us for specific deliver times.

- Packing Info: All DVD/SACD players sent to us need to be packed
well in order to arrive undamaged. Please double box your machine
and put extra packing inside the original box underneath, on
top of and around the player. Especially good is large bubble
wrap, in the middle, directly beneath the player that is slightly
over packed so that the large polystyrene end pieces are actually
slightly off the bottom of the box. If no packing is put under
the unit, the constant shocks that the package gets in shipping
will break down the polystyrene end pieces and the unit will
start to rattle around in the box (not good). NOTE:
Please send the players by UPS or FED-EX as the post office will
not deliver to our address anything that does not fit into a
normal rural post box. We have to drive to the post office and
wait in line to pick up any packages sent by mail (more than
one half hour).
